THE SKYKINGDOM LOGO :

The Dragon, or "Druk", is Bhutan's beloved national symbol, representing the peaceful dragon after which the kingdom is named. The jewels the dragons hold in their claws symbolize Bhutan's spiritual wealth and continued blessings on the land.

Saffron & Maroon represent the twin colors worn by the monastic elders of Bhutan and are associated with the Himalayan Buddhist ideals of Peace and Compassion.

LICENCING & LEGAL:
Skykingdom Adventures, Bhutan, is licensed by the Tourism Authority of
Bhutan (TAB). Skykingdom Adventures, California, is registered with the
California Seller of Travel (CST) Program, Office of the Attorney General,
CST # 20-77990-40. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval
by the state of California. If you live in the state of California, your transaction/s
with Skykingdom Adventures in California is covered by the California Travel
Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) of which Skykingdom Adventures is a member, up to a maximum of the total amount paid by
you to Skykingdom Adventures for your travel program, not to exceed $15,000. Please note this coverage is for California residents only. Please also carefully
refer Skykingdom Adventures’ Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks
form (which you will receive following your Initial Trip Deposit), as well as our
Reservation, Cancellation and Refund policies including your
airline ticket purchases for Druk Air, Royal Bhutan Airlines.
Please note that when you sign up to travel with Skykingdom Adventures you are subject to all our Cancellation and Refund Policies which are subject to change and
modification without notice. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover losses if you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can also be useful if you encounter difficulties en-route that may be covered under your policy, including coverage for unexpected medical expenses.
Skykingdom Adventures in Bhutan and Skykingdom Adventures in California are distinct and separate legal entities.
